Ideal, excellent location in Benidorm Old Town district next to Benidorm so forgivable as well as the best tapas bars in spain in the old town of benidorm. Varied breakfasts with pastries and wine and fruit provided by the competent staff.

Pleasant hotel with a terrific service and fantastic stuff.

I was expecting a luxurious experience, not the nightmare of mediocre breakfasts and a fridge that didn't work. How utterly disappointing. They could've at least provided a kettle to make my tea, but i guess they were saving their supplies for the 'selected' guests. I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.

Room air conditioning the best we have experienced anywhere. Good central location, but quiet at the same time.

great location but dining options need improvement
The hotel was clean, which I appreciated during my week-long stay. The staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooftop chill zone provided a fantastic escape with lovely views. I also enjoyed the spacious balcony which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
The dining area felt quite crowded at times, especially during peak meal hours.

It was well situated to the old town of Benidorm 5 minutes walk and you were on the Balcon, 3 minutes and you were on the beach there is a 24 hour car park just 3 minute walk away it cost 11 euro's. we would definately book to stay there on our next visit. Breakfast was buffet cooked and continental.

Memories overshadowed by theft
The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and bustling streets. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, even if basic.
On a shocking second night, my wife's handbag was stolen right in front of us, and the manager's indifference was disheartening. It left us feeling unwelcomed and vulnerable.
